What happens if it is raining? This a rain or shine event. The lower deck is fully covered
Sales Policy
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded after the purchase has been made. Tickets may only be picked-up by the person that purchased the tickets.
Identification
Government-issued photo ID must be presented to gain entry to any event. Events held in the United States of America are 21+ events, and in Canada are 19+ events, with provincial age limit exceptions.

If the purchased event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Oceanic Entertainment has the sole and absolute right to:
Reschedule the event, or
Issue a partial/full refund, or
Not issue any refunds.

As the boat embarks and re-docks, the captain requires Oceanic Entertainment Inc. to reduce or sometimes stop the music within city limits for a couple of minutes. Photograph Please note that some events might include photographers onboard. The pictures taken at the events may potentially be used for marketing purposes. If you do not want your picture taken please inform the photographer during the event.
