What is the minimum age requirements to enter the event? You must be 19+ and bring in a valid government ID to enter the boat.

Is the boat heated? The boat is heated inside during winter season.

Does the bar accept credit and debit cards? Yes they do.
What happens if it is raining? This a rain or shine event. The lower deck is fully covered
Sales Policy
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded after the purchase has been made. Tickets may only be picked-up by the person that purchased the tickets.
Identification
Government-issued photo ID must be presented to gain entry to any event. Events held in the United States of America are 21+ events, and in Canada are 19+ events, with provincial age limit exceptions.

By purchasing this ticket, you agree to not hold Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and all parties associated herewith liable for any and all claims, loss or damage to any personal belongings or injuries. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of the Promoter of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

PURCHASE POLICY
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. The event date and time are subject to change without notice. An email notification will be sent if any changes are made to the event.
If the purchased event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Oceanic Entertainment has the sole and absolute right to:
reschedule the event, or
issue a partial/full refund, or
not issue any refunds.
Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
ID
Be prepared to provide a government-issued photo ID used to purchase the tickets. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket to gain entry to the above event.

Timing and Music
Burrard Queen has the following timing and rules. Boarding starts at 8PM, Boat Leave at 8.30PM, Re-docks at 11.30PM and the event ends at 12.00AM. As the boat embarks and re-docks, the captain requires Oceanic Entertainment Inc. to reduce or sometimes stop the music within city limits for a couple of minutes.

Please note that some events might include photographers onboard. The pictures taken at the events may potentially be used for marketing purposes. If you do not want your picture taken please inform the photographer during the event.
